H100 Group announced it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Switzerland-based Future Holdings AG, a Bitcoin treasury firm. The deal will expand H100’s operations into the Swiss market and enhance its Bitcoin treasury and capital market capabilities. The acquisition complements H100’s existing reserves of over 1,000 BTC and follows a recent share price increase of 20.41%, which raised its market capitalization to $2.42 million.
