Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino announced the integration of RGB protocol into its Wallet Development Kit, enhancing asset issuance and transfer capabilities on the Bitcoin network.
According to an official statement from Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino on January 14, the company’s Wallet Development Kit now supports the RGB protocol. The RGB protocol, operating atop the Bitcoin network, enables scalable and private asset issuance and smart contract-based transfers. This integration is part of Tether’s ongoing effort to expand and improve its wallet development tools for cryptocurrency applications.
