Ethereum's validator withdrawal queue has dropped to zero, well below its peak of 2.67 million ETH in September 2025, allowing exits to complete in minutes. Conversely, the validator entry queue has surged over fivefold in the past month to 2.6 million ETH, the highest since July 2023, extending wait times for new entrants to about 45 days.
