The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority has launched the Mills Review to evaluate how advanced AI affects retail financial services. The review focuses on consumer outcomes, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks. It builds on the FCA’s AI Discussion Paper, AI Sprint, AI Lab, and a Supercharged Sandbox supported by Nvidia. Recommendations are slated for summer 2026.
