The Bitcoin miner will redomicile to Delaware and maintain dual Nasdaq and TSX listings, pending shareholder, exchange, and court approvals.
Bitfarms has announced, via official statement, its intention to move its headquarters from Canada to the United States and rebrand as Keel Infrastructure. The reorganization requires shareholder, court, and exchange approvals. The new Delaware-incorporated entity will continue to trade on Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange. The move forms part of the company’s shift from Bitcoin mining toward high-performance computing and artificial-intelligence data center operations, aiming to strengthen access to U.S. capital markets. Operational sites in Canada and the U.S. will remain active following the transition.
