Binance co-founder Changpeng “CZ” Zhao attended the WorldLibertyFinancial forum at Mar-a-Lago on Feb. 18, where he reiterated plans to significantly expand Binance’s U.S. business by offering better and more accessible products to American consumers. According to Bloomberg, the event marked his first high-profile appearance in the United States since receiving a presidential pardon from Trump. CZ remains the largest shareholder of Binance.US and has previously cited improving regulatory conditions, potential deeper banking cooperation, the need to assemble appropriate teams, and strict adherence to legal guidance as key factors for expanding operations in the U.S.
