The IoTeX Foundation announced a recovery and compensation plan for victims of the February 21 ioTube bridge exploit. All eligible users will receive 100% reimbursement, with claims under $10,000 paid instantly and larger claims distributed in phases. A 10% bonus in staked IOTX will be added to phased repayments. The claim portal and deposit address will be published on February 27, marking the start of the settlement process.
