OpenSea Says U.S. SEC Issued Wells Notice Over NFTs on Its Platform

OpenSea CEO Devin Finzer said the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (U.S. markets regulator) views NFTs (unique blockchain-based digital assets) traded on the marketplace as securities and warned of possible legal action.
