
DV8 states it plans to accumulate Bitcoin over multiple years and has acquired a licensed custody provider, expanding its treasury strategy under Thailand’s regulatory framework.
Thailand-listed DV8 said it aims to build a digital asset portfolio equivalent to 10,000 Bitcoin by 2028 and plans to buy 1,000 Bitcoin in 2025. The company also said it acquired Rakkar Digital, an SEC-licensed custody wallet provider, and described itself as Southeast Asia’s first Bitcoin treasury firm with licensed custody under Thailand’s regulatory framework.
