According to Resolv Labs’ official statement, about 46 million of the 80 million illegally minted USR has been removed from circulation through burns and blacklisting after the March 22 exploit.

The total includes about 9 million USR that was directly burned on March 22 and about 36 million locked as wstUSR in blacklisted addresses after a contract upgrade. Resolv Labs also said the remaining USR held by attacker-linked addresses was later burned.
