He said Strategy uses STRC to help finance Bitcoin purchases while offering investors lower-volatility exposure, and previously said the instrument carries an annualized yield of roughly 11.5%. According to Saylor, the company has raised nearly $3 billion through STRC and plans $42 billion in related financing, including $21 billion from STRC.
