CoinShares began trading on Nasdaq on April 1 under the ticker CSHR after completing its merger with SPAC Vine Hill Capital Investment. The transaction gave the crypto asset manager a pre-transaction equity valuation of about $1.2 billion. CoinShares manages more than $6 billion in assets and holds roughly a 34% market share in Europe. The listing marks the completion of the company’s planned U.S. public market debut.
