Soluna Holdings said in an official announcement that it will acquire the 150MW Briscoe wind farm in West Texas for $53 million. The transaction includes cash and $12.5 million in debt. According to the company, the asset is expected to generate between $20 million and $24.4 million in revenue in its first year and will support Project Dorothy as well as a planned 300MW expansion.
