According to Dmail Network, users must export email data and request account deletion before services are phased out, after which stored data will be permanently erased.
Dmail Network said in an official announcement that it will gradually discontinue all services starting May 15, 2026. The project instructed users to export their email content and submit account deletion requests before the shutdown date, adding that all remaining data will be completely deleted afterward. Dmail Network cited high decentralized infrastructure costs, unsuccessful commercialization, limited token utility, and attrition within its core team as reasons for the closure.
